Not for profit, creative, inspired, and sympathetic Artist JAN STEELE working in oils, acrylics, watercolour, gouache, pen & ink, line drawing, and mixed media.

Influenced by the vibrant colours of nature the depth and movement of water and the subtleness of changing light and shade.

Subjects include: Sea/landscapes both local, The West Country and abroad ( greatly influenced by Greece.  and children's illustration.

Commissions include : Boats. Private houses. Holiday memories, Jubilee Pageant 2012. Greetings/event cards, and photographic images for websites and business cards.

Having stocked and run my own Gallery in Surrey for 11years, I moved to the Stables at Great Chalfield, Wiltshire, where I also gave demonstrations for various Art Societies & and sold my  art & 100% Homemade foods in a Stable I converted into a 5* Hygiene rated kitchen
